Alan 3207ae069b polish: quick-wins from recruiter-perspective review 
- Fix hero orphan: "self-hostable end-to-end" -> "fully self-hostable"
  (was wrapping to leave "to end." on its own line)
- Add downloadable PDF: resume PDF copied to assets/, new "Download PDF"
  button in hero button row, matching link in resume.html masthead-bar.
  Removes the ctrl-P-the-HTML friction for recruiters saving to ATS.
- Add LinkedIn: button in hero CTA row, anchor in footer, sidebar row
  in resume.html contact-block.
- About section: "Currently exploring an internal transfer" ->
  "Currently applying to" (matches the hero's confident voice).
- Resume summary split into 2 paragraphs for skim-friendly pacing.
